Free screen recorder with lots of options?

    With CamStudio(freeware) the files are huge. The website seems to want you to jump through hoops to turn the huge file into a smaller size. The only options I have on this program are (key frames per second, fram rate, playback rate).

    Does anyone know of a different freeware screen recorder/audio that allows you to record for an hour or more while keeping the file size under 100mb.
