Free Upload Utilities for IIS 5.1?

I am trying to find a simple plugin or script for my little home IIS server. Mostly i want to be able to set-up an account for a friend or two to use and also be able to upload things from remote locations myself. I tried one called Fileman, which i couldn't make work. Does anyone know of any other good options? Google isn't being very helpful.

why not use the FTP server in IIS and make an FTP folder with the proper rights for an FTP user to upload files to .. this way they can use any FTP program out there.

 

Yes, i may have to do it that way. It would just be a little more convenient and user-friendly if i could have a little interface like Geocities or Angelfire, etc. This is going to be for my non-geek friends to use, so simplicity of operation is good. Thanks for the suggestion. Can i set up several different Usernames/PW's each with their own folder?

 

yes you can. The way to do it is to name the folders the same name as the user. When they login it should right to that folder.

also, you'll want to remove the rights of users from other folders. for instance.

Folder JOESCHMOE has rights for user JOESHMOE but denies access from user JANEDOE and vice versa.
