Freedom Internet Security! Any opinions?

My ISP (Adelphia) offers Freedom Internet Security for free. I have been running it but my son says it continually causes problems for him on his computer.

Any opinions on the software and its abilities?

I also run the Freedom Internet Security Suite, and as long as you take the time to go thru each part of the Suite (ex. the anti-virus, the firewall, the spyware scanner, etc); and set the specifics that are best for your personal computer, then it works just fine.

Hate it.

It hooks itself into the system worse than Symantec products and when it breaks, it takes pieces (speicifically Internet and Network functionaility) of the OS with it.
