FreeRAM XP Pro

    Just downloaded it. Is it good for your computer? Mmmmm... TO be honest can't really judge it on my own.

    if you have xp as your os ( and i assume you do ) it's probably not necessary, since xp handles memory fine on it's own.

    I've noticed it to be quite useful. Once in a while a certain application will start eating up my memory, so I exit and restart it to gain memory. Plus once it gets below a certain point my system starts to drag, so I AutoFree to help it a bit.
    One drawback is that sometimes AutoFreeing will make a window/app crash because you're trying to use the app while FreeRAM dealing with the memory.

    Overall I think it's a good way to keep track of how much memory you have available and to see what apps eat up how much memory when you start them.
