Freeware Firewalls

Hi, I am new to the forums, though I've been lurking for a bit. I am also looking for a new firewall to replace the horrible new McAfee suite that comes free with my isp.

I am trying to choose between Comodo and Zonealarm.

Can users of these softwares tell me if either one is incompatible with Lavasoft AdAware Pro or Spybot S&D? I had to uninstall them to install the junk that's currently running on my pc.

I've used DSA in the past and have nothing but good things to say about it. Keep in mind, I only used it for a couple of weeks to test it and see if it was a quality product, and I give it a thumbs up. Is it satisfactory for everyday use over a period of time? I would say "Yes", but that really depends on your PC use and usage habits and your particular setup....
