Freeware: If not Zone Alarm, then...

My Toshiba Laptop just does not seem to get along with either the paid ZApro version or the free version.

So, i would like to know what other Freeware versions are highly recommended around these parts? I did have Norton previously, and it did work fine, but i was intrigued by the 'slimness and sleekness of Zone Alarm.

Personally, I liked sygate, when I was running xp pro.

 

Free firewalls??? There are several I highly recommend: Sygate Personal Firewall is my personal favorite and I've been using it for years. Jetico Firewall and Comodo Firewall are good too. Comodo also has a good free antivirus program for hand-in-hand protection w/ the firewall.....
