Freeware private / commercial

Already in the short description of new software, the type of license (demo, shareware, freeware) is always mentioned.
However, the license "freeware" can be limited to personal use.
I noticed this problem with the recently updated entry of "RAMDisk 4.4.0 RC16" by Cenatek, Inc.:
Commercial use needs a license, i.e. a registration fee.
And to make things even worse: Earlier versions of the same RAMDisk-software where indeed freeware for all users. In certain cases you had to register, but even that was free.
So whenever an update of any software is made, also the status of the license must be checked and eventually the description must be changed.

Now the question is:
Would it be better or confusing if the type of license was specified in the short description, e.g. with a note like "freeware for private use"?

It is necessary to go to the publisher's website to find out that this software is not freeware for commercial use.

I checked the website first, as there was no hint at MajorGeeks about the license restriction (no commercial use).
Strangely enough however, the 4GB restriction was still mentioned by MajorGeeks.

So I guess that most people would find it annoying or confusing if MajorGeeks would reveal more information concerning the type of license.

Admittedly, I for myself find it more time consuming to first visit the publisher's website and than carefully search whether their program is real freeware or restricted freeware.
