I have an eMachines T1090. I'm trying to restore it. I go through the process of the restore discs then when they are finished it says to press any key to reboot but upon doing so the screen goes black but nothing shuts down and it just sits there. I try shutting it off and then back on manually but all it does is says that Windows failed to open and then some options for safe mode and such pop up. If I select safe mode its starts to run through a list of "multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS..." files, stopping as it gets to "multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\Mup.sys" and then doing nothing else. Nothing happens when I select the other options.

Through numerous searches about the T1090 I had began to think that the hard drive had failed but I just replaced the hard drive and came up with the same problem.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
