freezing issues

    ey my computer freezes about every second time its used and about 3mins in, ive updated video drivers (Nvidia video card) , its got a cordless keyboard and mouse (microsoft keyboard and mouse)and i updated those drivers yet it still freezes.. thought it might have been heat related so i took the side off the case to let the air flow and it still freezes grrr.. please help
