FreshUI alternatives

Does anybody know of any alternitives to FreshUI that will work for Vista. Or any free tweaking programs at all. I dont want nothing too technical, just something with a nice interface like FreshUI. Or even will it work on Vista? It doesnt mention supporting the OS on the makers website you see.

Also does anyone know of a program which assists you in turning off services in Vista, preferably something that says "this is for this, you can switch it if if you dont want this". And I have looked at that black vipers (is that the correct name confused) site, but it is way too tech for me.

2nd Question, yes http://www.blackviper.com/ has now got Vista service tweaks, BUT be careful.

I wont be using Black Vipers site as its way over over my head!
