Hello, I have 256MB N7600GT ECS video card and I can change it almost for free for a 512MB NX8600GT OC MSI.
I wanna know if it worth the change. I search on the internet and I found reviews that said it has a slightly better performance, but the reviews talks about the 256mb version, and I can't find if this is some kind of turbo cache or something like that.

they have comparison charts on video cards....look for those to cards, i believe they are on there...and from a first look, the 3dmark scores are a lot higher for the 8600.

The 8600GT has a great price to performance ratio, and if you're getting for almost free, then I would definitely go for it. It will be an upgrade from the 7600, plus it's factory OC'ed which is a plus. The engine clock on the 8600GT is about 20% faster on regular non-OC'ed cards, so I'd think the OC'ed edition is maybe 25% or even 30% faster.

    dlb, thx for your reply.
I'll go for it then, I was afraid if the factory OC'ed thing was a bad signal but I see is not =)
