From FAT32 to NTFS

    My D Drive is my recovery drive, and it is in FAT32 format, and I was wondering if I formatted it to NTFS, would I lose the data that is in the drive. Since my pc didnt come with an XP disk, the data on that drive is crucial. Any help would be appreciated.

    well you could backup ur data and then format...

    how can I backup my data it wont let me access the drive manually since its the Recovery Partition for my pc.
