Frontpage design question

Hey,

Okay here is what I want to do. I have a background image and I want to add a box around it almost like iframe but I just want it to scroll with the continuation of the website in that position. Almost Iframe but I would rather edit it in the same page that way I am not pulling from somewhere else.Let me know if it is possible. Thanks

 

not following you here. Are you talking about a watermark background image?

 

Okay to explain it better, what I want to do is simple just have a box anywhere on the page that can scroll like a web page inside a webpage, but not IFrames, but not pulling from a seperate file or web page. I want to be able to have a scroll box and just build the site inside and around that box I hope that helps give more detail. It is just hard to put into words when i can see it.
