Frozen Computer with continuous Sound

Hello all,

I have a real problem. My computer freezes at random points in time. Sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 5 hours. Everything locks up including keyboard and mouse. If I have sound playing, including music, dvd or a game it would emit a continuous "stuck" note.

My problem has forced me to replace my power supply, ram and hard drive. Even after that my problem reoccurs. I have tried stripping my system down to basic components. The only other thing that I haven't try replacing is my keyboard.
I have tried updating all drivers, including bios. Could it be that my motherboard is running its course?
I should also mention that it is not a overheating problem. I have 4 fans not including cpu and power supply fans.

Sounds like a video card problem. I would check out the temps of the GPU using Everest:

If the GPU temps look to high, you might want alternative cooling on it, or the video card could be bad. No offense, but see if the issue resolves itself by taking the side panel off the computer and placing a household fan blowing into the case.

My card has given me problems before, but thats cuz I was an idiot and didnt insert it properly. :confused
I will try removing the side panel. I'll post what happens, in the mean time keep the suggestions coming.
