frozen task bar problem

hi, my taskbar is frozen in a way where i can't even get through the start butom, and every time i click a weird sound occurs, can anybody try to help this newby..thank you..!

Hey welcome to Major Geeks jonathan_barcelos try to post your problem in only one thread and someone will get to it in time, if a day passes without response it is acceptable to post a "Bump" to it so it will be noticed again. It is frowned on to make multiple posts, and some will be deleted or moved if in the wrong thread. Don't worry it is a common "Newbie" mistake

"Bumping" in the Malware Forum won't help you, as the assigned Malware Fighters answer in chronological order, so bumping your thread will only serve to send you back to the bottom of the pile.
