FSB is 800 when it should be 1000??

Do you have Cool N Quiet installed as that will scale the CPU down as well as the Hypertransport ( FSB clock )?

Is your CPU Mhz correct value or lower than expected?

Try this Control panel > Power Managment and set the managment setting to always on > apply

or you could disable it in the Bios.

but Cool N Quiet is dynamic and while your not doing much say surfing the net the CPU and FSB settings basically reduce by 50% the full power is just not need ed for these tasks, if you then do shomething taxing then the CPU increases its power to a level best suited to the task!
