May be a Bios setting or jumper setting on the mobo, some info on such should be in the mobo manual.
What kind of ram ya using? Is it 400fsb?
Is this new build or upgrade?

    Can get manual here:
    http://www.soyogroup.com/downloads/filedesc.php?id=2038
    Enter Advanced Chipset features

Not knowing your skill level maybe try this first:
    Here is Quick Setup Guide:
    http://www.soyogroup.com/downloads/filedesc.php?id=2107
Enter Bios, then select [Load Optimized Defaults] then [Save & Exit] see if that works.

Is this new a build or What?

The link for Bios guide from my first post, it's a good guide check it out if ya havent yet, it will help you understand most of your Bios settings and provide reccomend settings.
