   I am running an ISS 7.0 ftp on my computer. I have opened the needed ports, but now I am having an issue with the speed. My upload speed is around 1mbs to 3mbs
   
   But when people try to download from it the speeds are 20 kbs to 50 kbs...
   
   How can i speed this up?
