FTP to Website Help me ASAP

Ok so I built this website using dream weaver now i coneected to the FTP the host told me to connect to and now I see all of these folders where do I put the webpage that I created in dreamweaver. I am using cute FTP: as my FTP client.

Stat's:
FTP Client: Cute FTP
Webpage maker: Dreamweaver
Here are the folders I see when I connect to my FTP:

Mail
public_ftp
public_html
tmp
www
Now here are th files I see when i connect to the FTP
.contactemail

 

put the files in the www folder.

 

What should I do with the other folders delete them? Also there already are files in www what do I do with them?

 

Don't delete the other folders.. that would be bad.

It depends on what's in the www folder. There may be default files there for your site.. You'll have to download them and look at them or try to hit them on the web to see what they are.
