full access on home network

I set everything up, used the thumb drive to add each PC to the network (wireless) all 3 running XP SP2 and I can only access the shared files.

Is there a setting for me to be able to have full access to use the programs on another PC in the network?

 

You would either need to install the program on the second computer to make use of the files or use something like Remote Desktop to actually use the program on the first computer from the second.
