Full Screen Will Not Auto Hide Win Xp

    I would like all the tool bars on top of the IE screen to auto-hide when expanded. If I click full screen and reduce it to one line it will auto hide. Click full screen again to get it all showing it will not auto hide.

    The Task Bar at the bottom will auto hide even with 4 lines.

    I just cannot find out how to do it.
    It does auto hide but only if one line.
