i got past 13 then it goes to a black page is that suppose to be the clue or is something wrong????

and the black page isnt the page that comes up if you get it wrong...so i dont know?

Okay, got up to 15 but can't seem to get that one. I've tried Google but all I get is a load of stuff about a Victorian writer. Is this an american thing?

Any clues gratefully recieved! Please don't give the answer away, just something to point me in the right direction. Quite fun really!
