Major Geeks has helped me fix problems and have fun on my computers
for 5-6 years now, but yesterday the first computer that helped me discover
the site won't come back.
Stupidly I thought it was a good idea to run killdisk Before i remembered
that my recovery disc went walkies ages ago.
Now, i have got it to boot up using UBCD and its got to a state where it says,
No OS found, Insert OS setup disc then press any key.
Main problem : Its not recognising the same windows disc i used some three years ago. I have tried others aswell many many times.
Anyone got any ideas????: :confused

 

The UBCD boots without user intervention

The Windows CD requires you to watch the pc screen as the pc boots and when the message appears

'Press any key to boot from CD'

Well you guessed it.....you press the any key.
