Funny Road Signs in Frankston

Thanks M.A. For those that don't know, Frankston is a beach suburb of Melbourne, in the State of Victoria, Australia. The State motto on their vehicle numberplates is " State on the move". We see lots of those numberplates on cars in my city of Cairns, around 2,500 kilometres (approx 1600 miles) away as they migrate or holiday in the Far North, for the better weather and slower life style.

The "Hump" sign made news in Australia, and the "Authorities" are not too happy about it.

Also listed beside the road signs were lots of links to Victorian town and city "Leader" brand newspapers. I was able to check out (and bookmark) my first home city paper. :cool

Man, I lived not too far from Frankston when I was living in Australia. Too bad I left before I'd have been able to go see that sign! So funny though. LOL
