Future Tech That Didn't Make It

    I was looking at this vintage Road & Track page (1975). At the time everyone thought all future cars would have a rotary engine. That didn't happen. So, maybe they have got it all wrong with electric cars?:D

    I had a rotary powered truck for a couple of years.
    Nice to drive. Gas mileage and emissions were horrible.

    Most vehicles in them days where nothing but gas hogs.Even Pick up truck now a days are still gas hogs.Glad i drive a car that get's 42mpg takes me a week driving back and forth to work.40 mile drive every day.
