Fuzzy sound...

Ok.

I've done about all I can think of at this point, and it's strange but, here's the issue. I get like a distorted fuzzy sound while playing music, music is the only time it happens. I don't listen to it loud, and it's not the music, cause I play alot, here's what I've down to trouble shoot the issue.

Swaped Sound Cards:
1. I put in my older sound card that was used for about a week, Sound Blaster live 24-Bit.
2. I reinstalled the drivers.
3. Tried Various Speaker Setups.
4. Cleaned out my case, PCI slots etc.
5. Cleaned up the Local Disk some defragmented, got rid of some junk and whatnot cleaned up about every bit I could.
6. Reseated the Card 3 times.

I'm not sure what's causing the issue but it's annoying...any other ideas?

 

i would first change out the main power supply, and the cpu fan.

move the sound card away from other cards if possible

 

I swaped all that to check, nothing, I think it's getting worse to be honest, it's now a constant fuzz sound. I used the sound cards in my other PC, no problems

I'm puzzled unless my motherboard PCI slots have gone bad, or unless I have some software on here conflicting with the drivers but I got no errors from windows...

Not sure where to go from here, I could try re-enabling my onboard sound to see if that makes any difference.
