We use GotoAssist in the office here, and recently after updating to IE9, I noticed that GTA stopped working. It would try to load the plugin and then failed.

I had to reinstall Java and that fixed it. Just letting folks know. Not an earth shattering resolution, but it annoyed me enough to fire off an email to Citrix.

I use remote desktop software every day in my work.
I've made a little summary based on my experience with remote support tools and would like to share it with you:

1)I used to work with Teamviewer but they have weird price policy marked by hiding prices. And free version has limited panel of functions needed in my work. However, it's a good product. (www.teamviewer.com)
2)Logmein gained a great reputation but loses in price because not everybody can afford it. Logmein is the best one for professionals but they are cheaper options for home users. (www.logmein.com)

3)Techinline is the best alternative to all expensive products on the market,in my opinion. Lots of functions and lovely price. The only minus is absence of Mac support. (www.techinline.com)

4)GotoAssist and VNC products are very reliable and cost-effective apps.
Hope, it will help in your choice. (www.gotoassist.com)

    Here is my summary:
    1. teamviewer as a software is ok for personal usage. but for business users, it is too pricy. And I need to have a dedicated computer to host the software to avoid disruptions from other applications. It also requires extensive time for maintenance.

    2. logmein free version is the hosted solution. It is easy to use and maintain. But it is not secure. the obvious dangers of passing data through a third party is clear -- essentially you're agreeing to put all of your company's data in the cloud.

    3. Appliance based solution. The best approach is to deploy a web conferencing appliance behind your own firewall to have a secure private cloud. And there is no monthly fee and no maintenance required

That’s the reason I never use Citrix Products. Instead, I prefer using logmein, GoSupportNow, etc. for remote access of computers.
