I've been having a problem with charging my phone for awhile, but recently it has gotten WAY worse. I have a Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G from TMobile (SGH-T769NKBTMB).
At first, I would plug my phone in to a charger & it will make the "boopboop" plugged in noise, then immediately make the "boopboop" unplugged noise. The only way to get it to charge was to restart the phone. It would happen about once every other month, then it started happening at least once a month. Now, it does it almost every single time
In addition to that, it has also started not charging when it is plugged in (even though it makes the noise & has the charging symbol on the battery) & the charge percentage does not go up (it will go down or stay the same). Also, it will make the unplugged noise & stop charging, even though it is plugged in & was previously charging up. Regardless of which of the above mentioned scenarios happen, or if it seems to be actually charging, when I unplug it, the battery drains around a percentage every 2-3 minutes.
I have done the following to try to solve my problem: - taken the battery out and inspected it; no damage & the connector plates seem to be fine. - tried different wires and chargers; same bullshit, different charger. - inspected the charging port; nothing seems loose, missing, damaged, corroded, & it looks clean. - charged my phone on airplane mode, or when completely shut off; same shit. - adjusted the power settings, put it power saving mode, stopped all syncing from accounts on the phone, deleted apps that insisted on running all the time, & I don't use widgets or live wallpaper; same shit.
TMobile says they could replace my phone, but not my battery and if I'm having the same problems after getting a new phone, then I have to replace the battery.
My husband has the same phone as me, so I plan on swapping batteries with him since he hasn't had any problems, and see if it is the battery or the phone.
Has anyone else had problems like this before? Other than switching batteries, is there anything else I can try to figure out wtf is going on? Is my phone possessed by Satan, and if so, should I contact a priest?
    Thanks for your time! xo

I have a samsung flip-phone was recently replaced.Similiar symptoms. For a while I would clean the battery and phone contacts with a clean pencil eraser. Was working in some areas surrounded by antennas, so I figured it was roaming all the time. Then got worse. Maybe stressed the battery. After so long the phone finally displayed -Battery not supported-See user manual.- IT dept gave me a new battery and as soon as I plugged it in the phone displayed the same message. The phone was considered dead.

I switched batteries with my husband & I'm still having the same problems, but now they've increased from "one a day" to "every single EMEFFING TIME I PLUG THE PHONE IN!@#$%^" :banghead
So, T-Mobile is replacing my phone, and it should be here on Tuesday. Let's see if that works ....... If not, then my next post will be a video of me setting the phone on fire.
