game does not startup

When I try playing one of my games it does not startup or play, but it is in the processes and spins in the disk drive.

Uninstall completely, then reinstall.

Make sure it's completely gone before reinstalling.

 

I have tried that, I was lucky it would even install, even the autoplay does not work. I have to manually go in and launch installation, i even tried different data recovery, but does not work unless you guys have a sure fire way. I have tried isobuster and some others.

 

does you have firewall?

 

yes but i have turned it off and even tried in safe mode.
