game only works in safe mode

I've got this game that only loads in safe mode,when i try normal mode this error comes up "Jack the ripper .exe has stopped working windows is checking for a solution to the problem" then a second error "Jack the ripper .exe has stopped working a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".Have you any idea what the problem is and how i can fix it please,

Have you tried to reinstall the game? If you are using windows 7, try to run it in Administrator or reinstall it in an Administrator account and privilege. Or your video card is not capable on running the game, there are many possible cause.
