Can someone Help me figure out how to get Pogo going. My Java is installed and updated but I am still unable to play my games.

It will help if you posted exactly what happens on your computer when you go to the pogo site. Also what version of windows and what browser (version also) are you using to access the site.

I am able to Log in to Pogo, but when I pull up into a room it begins to load and then a wheel with the red restricted symbol appears in the lower corner. Then another page comes up saying Java not Found or responding. Go and do everything that pogo customer support has suggested and still continue after 3 wks doing the same things, over and over I have un-installed, re-installed. I have Window Vista home version and use IE 7.

Does this "wheel" appear down in the status bar of IE or is it on the bottom of the pogo page?

I'm trying to figure out what this "wheel" you are seeing actually looks like.

It would help if you could post the image.

While searching, I found someone with the same problem. His/her solution was to install Firefox and he/she discovered that pogo games could be played in FF.

    Hi Plodr,

Yes, its come up in the pogo page that loading inthe game, I can t explain, it's the silver wheel with notches (if that makes sense) and then the restricted symbols that comes up if a site is banned or restricted.

Thanks, I am wits end with this...I;ve uninstalled and re-installed java so many times. I uninstalled all java and restarted and it still says, "Java not installed or not working properly".

Well as I reported, the only solution was to install FF and use that on the pogo page.
