game problem very wierd.

So my kid brother bought this Lego Island 2 game his systems meets all the req. so I install it and when we go to play it I starts up and I get this LegoIsland2.exe and cause a invaild page fault in then lots of numbers and crap. so i call support and he says it's something to do with my sound card So i try it on a second computer in my house and get the same thing. Thing is both Comps have the same Sound card. a Sound Blaster 16. So i try it on a Third computer with a different sound card and it works but he can't use that Comp for other reasons. so I take the working sound card and switch it with the sound card that wasn't workin. and Waa Laa I get the same error what the hell. And yes I updated all the drivers.

 

Did you completely remove the old sound card drivers?

If not it will cause conflicts.

 

Yes there all gone Sound Card works perfectly

 

Really need help here.

 

Oh just in case all the driver files weren't removed how would I check
