Games serial number

My computer is set up so my os is on one hd and everything else is on another, recently i had to reinstall windows, I was woundering if there is anyway of recovering a serial number from a game whch is install onto the other drive, I have the original CD but have lost the book with the serial numberon it???

thats what is in the ini, im confused

 

battlefield 2 checked all the ini's thats the closest i get to a CD key mate

 

yeah tried to run just got a blank screen so trying to get the latest patch see if that works cheers mate
