Alrite, will it be possible to find a good gaming labtop for around $1500? Will it be able to compare to this setup:

Thermaltake Tsunami Black Case with Antec TruePowerII 380 watt PSU
    AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 939PIN
    ASUS A8V Deluxe Mobo
    Corsair TwinX 1G[2x512MB] Memory
    LG CD-ROM/DVD-ROM
Western Digital 160GB 7200rpm Hard Drive
    Onboard Soundcard with Speakers[?]
    Viewsonic 19in CRT
NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT 128MB Video Card
    Logitech Gamepad
    Saitek Eclipse Gaming Keyboard
    Logitech MX150 Mouse

That is the desktop I will buy if there is not a gaming labtop that can perform close to that for the price[$1500]. I would rather a labtop because it will be extremely hard to fit a deskto into my wee little room. So is there a labtop that could come close to performing as good as that desktop for the same price? Thanks.

Lol no I dont have it laying around. Im still working for it. I get $30 a week for wrking with my grandparents plus $10 a week for chores. Then Ive got my birthday and Christmas, so I should almost have enough then.

So you plan to buy it now or later? If you plan to buy it later, you might want to change configuration then.

If it is for now, I think it is a pretty good laptop setup. pretty close to the performance of your desktop. The video card is not the GT version of 6600 so that would be the biggest difference but its still pretty good. The CPU is a pentium M and I highly recommend it for laptops. They are less demanding in power so the battery lasts longer than on any other CPU in the competition range. I have a 1.4ghz Pentium M myself and it works like if it were a P4 2ghz, very good power. Dont let the numbers fool you, 1.86 ghz is a huge thing for Pentium M.

No I plan to buy it around Christmas, maybe a little later. Will there be anything that would largly change my current set up?

For sure!! It is in five months. There can be a lot of new releases in hardware in 5 months. Prices will probably drop a bit too. Like you could keep the same or almost the same setup but at least, the price should drop.
