It is stripped down to four things, power supply,Ram, chip, and video card. nothing else. I turn the system on I get three beeps, 1 long and two short.

The pwr supply is known good, as is the ram and video card. The system ran not to long ago, and it quit working. I get a post code of e1 from it, which means it's intialising a bridge. or has cleared memory.
    I don't get any display.

That POST beep sequence is generally a video card failure. I know you say that the card is "good" but I would try another "just in case". ;)

One of our gateways as work did the same yesterday, one beep, followed by two , followed a while after by another two. I restarted two or three times, then left it while I looked for the beep codes ....came back and it was up .... had to be some kind of self correcting thing (as you said: bridge or memory clear) ....so leave it on for a while... see what happens.

I'll try that leaving it up. The reason I said known good, was because I tested it in another machine. If there are any other ideas keep em coming.
