Gateway GM5094E onboard graphics gives blue tint..

    Hey guys i just bought this pc Gateway GM5094E ::::
    The graphics have a blue tint all over my display....
    I tried installing a Pci-Express vid card but my system will not boot it...
    The fan whirls on and off like the powers low and high// low and high ..
    You know what i mean...
    Iam currently using it with a reg pci card...but i want to use a Pci-e xpreess card or fix the intergrated video...
    Can you help.....GATEWAY SUPPORT SUCKSSSSS...
