   I have a gateway zx4250 had to replace the hard drive. I can’t get it to boot from CD. I did set the BIOS to boot to CD first. However when I select CD from boot menu it won’t boot. Tried three different CD all of which work find on my other computer. Is there something in BIOS setting I’m missing??

   You need to make sure Secure Boot is disabled and that Legacy or CSM boot is enabled.
