    Gateway TA1 laptop up grated to windows 7 now I would like to get the touch screen working any help

    Hi

    Do you have a serial number or asset tag for this laptop by any chance as Gateways support site is a nightmare at times to find models and the drivers, but hazzarding a guess you may not find a Win7 driver for the touch screen for this older model.

    So in Device Manager what devices have yellow ! marks by them?

    Did this have XP Tablet OS on it before, and did you do a clean install or upgrade install of Win7?

    It had XP on it before and I did a clean install with win7 because I could not find a ceta xp for it
