   opened up microsoft outlook to read e-mails and i got "add in D:\mcou.dll would not load. hit ok and it works just fine. what am i missing here . checked for viruses and spyware.and didnot have any. could use a little help.

   ive even had microsoft outlook removed and outlook 2003 installed and still the same error.
