geforce gt630 causing latency problems?

Hello all,

Bought this gt 630 thinking I was going to get a decent video card. Originally install it on my asus p5b and my audio started skipping so I re-installed my raedon card. Now I upgraded my desktop to a gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3lr with an e 8600 processor. I installed the gt 630 card and have played with the pci-e voltages. Seems to be the only option for this MB. DPC latency timer seems to be always in the red. If I have several apps open I can get the audio to skip. It seems like this card is a bus hog. Any ideas on how to cure this. Yeah I know get another video card. Not working right now and cant afford to pay attention.
