geforce4 cooling

    So i have this geforce 4 (from hereon known as the old one) that i took the heatsink off of cause i wanted to cool a new one and that had another connector so then i cut the wires off the fan that i took off the new one. now i have this geforce4 sitting around with no heatsink and a fan with no power. do you think i can use this heatsink as passive cooling?
