Geforce6800 AGP 128mb problem

Hi there, Ive been having problems with my graphics card.
Everytime I play a game, sometimes I get this;

This is an example of one of the games that I play. If you notice everything is all messed up. This has always been happening ever since I got the card, I am thinking of switching to an ATI based card. What is causing this? Thanks.

 

If your playing online it could be a problem with your connection with the server, but i guess since it happened when you changed your graphics card its probably something to do with the card. Its just that picture reminds me of when my wireless card was screwing up, and when i played online it would always connect then disconnect from the server.

 

it appears to be artifacting, caused by overheating or too high of an overclock

is it overclocked? do you have a sufficient PSU?

 

350W PSU and Ive never overclocked it.
