GeForece4mx Sims3 Shader2

    My daughter went out & got herself a new game Sims v3 that she saved up for. I am not able to buy a new video card. During installation it is needing a Pixel Shader v2.0 & it seems that our card does not support it. HP Pavilion a350n WinXP hm ed, Nvidia GeForce4 440 w/AGP8x v4.18.20.13.84, driver v6.14.10.9371. Anyone have a work around or a fix? Would really appreicate it.

    nope, you need a card that supports pixel shaders 2.0 or later...I Know someone who also ran into the same issue with Call of Duty Modern Warfare (or was i World at War, i can't remember) .

    Thank you thesmokingun, I was hoping for some kind of work around. I guess she may have to save to update my computer or get her own.
