Generic PUP.x

    When my McAfee ran virus scan it came up with Generic PUP.x I have tried several things that has been suggested on this forum but none have worked. This is what comes up C:\users\Debbie\AppData\LocalLow\Arc5FA1.tmp\atttoolbarsetup.exe What do I need to do? THANK YOU!

    PUP means Potentially Unwanted Program. It is really more of a warning or informational than telling you there is an infection. And in this case, it appears that all McAfee is pointing out is a program that was used to install a toolbar related to AT&T. Who may even be your ISP???
