   I had a client who used Dropbox. So, I installed it. When the Project was finished I uninstalled it. Or so I thought. Recently I found out it is backing up ALL my files! I think I figured out out to delete the files. (Comments welcome.) But how do I get rid of this major intrusion forever? This thing is like the gestapo.

   If you have a dropbox account, you need to log in and unlink devices that you own.
   https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/unlink-relink-computer-mobile
   
   Note: I've never used it so I have no way to test the above.
