Getting a new rig, opinions please

Getting myself a new rig, specs are as below in my signature. Any opinions? Do they work well with each other?

with 480w PSU is not Enough for OC

 

Hmm you reckon 480w is insufficient? I thought a proper Antec 480w PSU would be more than enough considering I won't be running any TV-tuner, soundcard, and only 2 HDDs?

 

I said it is not enough for OC only, running at DF is alright.

using anything larger will just create more heat and waste electricity which YOU will have to pay for,people have gone crazy over wattage because they have beeen using generic psu's,modern quality psu's are rated honestly a quality antec,tagan,enermax ect is equivalent to something like an 800watt generic psu.

A.son for a stable overclock the vcore only has to be raised 5-20% depending on the cooling,this will put little extra stress on the psu.

 

Thank for your remind Rikky. I OCed my 3000+ at 65% in safe and will try if it is unstable i will take it down.
