getting back memory

    I recently had to run the recovery program. I did not get back all my memory. It seems like all the stuff that was on there before is still there but I dont know where or how to get rid of it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    - Are you talking Memory or Hard Drive space?
    - Did you perform a System Restore or Recovery?
    - Is your desire to remove programs?
