Getting Rid Of Bing In Edge

    Please help.
    I suddenly get Bing as part of Microsoft Edge. It pops up in every new window and sometimes Tabs.
    I tried all the steps suggested by googled sites; to no avail. It persists no matter what I do.
    Running Windows 10 Prof on a Lenovo Thinkpad - 0ne month old.
    It seems it came when I did a Lenovo suggested Bios update.

    I performed the suggested steps and after a restart, the problem seems to have disappeared. Thanks.

    NO NO NO It is back!!!!!
    Please help. Probably malware.

    Bing is the default MS search engine but I am sure it can be silenced.....unfortunately I can't remember how I did it:confused:
