I installed clone dvd mobile and had 21 days evaluation period. Now, this was about 6 months ago, and I haven't used it since, now when I try to install the latest version to get my 21 days evaluation time, it says my 21 days evaluation period has expired.

How do i get rid of whatever is recognizing these files, so that I can have a fresh start on the new installation? Thank you all in advance.

Uninstall all the CloneDVD software, reboot, run CCleaner on both the hard drive to clean temp/junk files, and in the registry to clean any leftover stuff in there. CCleaner will offer to back up the registry before removing anything, do it! It may save you later! CCleaner has proven itself as a safe reg cleaner, but better safe than sorry. Download CCleaner from here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Slim_No_Toolbar_d4191.html

Thank you for your reply, I appreciate your help, but unfortunately for me, after doing what you told me it's still saying "your evaluation period for clone dvd mobile has expired". Soehow it's still recognizing that I had a previous install on my computer. Any other suggestions that may help would be greatly appreciated.

Once you've evaluated something, you can't "evaluate it" again, even if it is a different version. You are expected to buy the software.
Otherwise, everyone would just trial software and never buy it. This is built into the software.

So there is no way to get rid of the files that are recognizing that I evaluated the software?

You might try another registry cleaner. As dlb said, CCleaner has been proven to be a very safe registry cleaner. That's why it's often recommended here. If you want to try another one, I'll suggest one I've used; it's Eusing Free Registry Cleaner. But, no gaurantee the result will be any different than with CCleaner. And, as with CCleaner or any registry cleaner, backup your registry before deleting any registry entries.
