Getting rid off heretofind.com coolwebsearch...?

Hi,

I was hoping someone would be able to offer me advice on how to remove these hijacks. My IE homepage constantly redirects me to either: heretofind, coolwebsearch or some trashy porn website. IE does not let me change my homepage from mkMSITStore:C:\spe\start.chm::/start.html#.
Also I keep getting an error called 'USER.EXE' where it closes all my browsers down which is starting to get annoying. I also have a dialer where an installation box pops up every 5 minutes to install it, then a dialer is stuck on my homepage 'XXX'

I'd be greatful for any advice/tips,

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
